Title: Manager Billing and Collections - Home Care

Facility: BayCare Home Care Largo

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily management of the Billing, Collection, Document Tracking/Retrieval and Scanning Teams. Responsible for the ongoing communication with the Home Health offices regarding billing and collection trends, physician document issues, process review and changes, as needed. This position requires staying current on all new Medicare billing/reimbursement changes as well as developing new workflow and processes needed to maintain existing KPl's.

Education:

Required - High School or EquivalentPreferred - Associates in related field

 

Experience:

Required - 5 years billing or collections
