PURPOSE 

Define and implement business process management in accordance with strategic direction across all global business units/ functions/ creation centers for the adidas brand.  Achieve consumer satisfaction as well as a positive brand image and corporate profitability through a competitive process landscape.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage/support global process hub-, creation track or change management business assignments for BU Originals, Basketball & Partnerships   Support complex cross-functional alignment of Marketing processes and roles & responsibility with specific focus for horizontal Brand Functions and BU’s on global and local Brand level. Contribute to continuous strategic evolution of the Holistic Input Process across the Brand, BU’s, Functions & Markets within a fast changing environment. Manage an effective working relationship across the Global Brand organization with a specific focus on horizontal Brand Functions and BU’s via regular communication and interaction. Support calendar and process alignment globally, locally & cross-functionally including process and system integration. Own calendar management (communication and systems). Support complex cross-functional projects as empowered by Line Management. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Performance Culture within the Brand Processes & Operations team.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Specialist in business with knowledge in GTM Knowledge in process management in product creation and/or market processes, combining theoretical and practical knowledge. End-to-end/ solution oriented understanding. Proactive evolution-oriented mind set. Cross-functional/ cross-brand mindset. Good Communication skills. Language skills - English fluent, another European language advantageous Advanced MS Office and Smart Sheet skills Basic Project Management Software skills

 

QUALIFICATIONS

University degree or equivalent education required. Minimum 3 years of experience in job or job function. Business Process Management experience advantageous Change and Project management experience advantageous People management experience advantageous
