I. GENERAL OVERVIEW:
Provide leadership in the development of short-term and long-term objectives to standardize business practices. Actively participate on a team or lead projects. Ensure appropriate controls and processing methods are established. Consults on key metrics and reporting. Manages staff responsible for addressing daily system and process, organizational and cultural issues.
II. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Communicate effectively.
2. Oversee ongoing analysis and implementation of procedures and systems.
3. Identify, research, determine, implement and validate solutions.
4. Serve in a consulting/training role to staff in the appropriate processes to identify and resolve errors.
5. Involved in client performance guarantees and audit procedures.
6. Other duties as assigned or requested.
III. QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum
High School Diploma or GED5 years experience working with various operations related applications3 years project management experience1 year experience with quality and/or process improvement methodologies.Preferred
Bachelor’s degree7 years operational and/or systems experienceKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience evaluating technology or implementationSold organizational and planning capabilities.Understanding of various guarantee standards and metric reporting.Broad based technical and business knowledgeRequired:
