Job Description The Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within an organization. Business Analysts are involved in analyzing and understanding business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and facilitating communication between different stakeholders. Their primary objective is to ensure that business requirements are clearly defined and that the solutions developed align with the overall goals of the organization.The BA is the primary liaison between product experience stakeholders, who understands business needs structure, processes, policies and operations. The role is tasked to assess and recommend impacts of changes that enable the organization to achieve its goals; captures, analyzes and documents requirements.The role will specialize in O2O (Online-to-Offline) strategies within the e-commerce and retail store operations sector. It will require a demonstrated understanding in analyzing and optimizing processes to improve operational efficiency and deliver seamless, customer-centric experiences across online and offline channels.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze & Document Business Needs – Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities within customer experiences, translating them into actionable requirements.
Bridge Communication Between Stakeholders – Liaise between product teams, operations, technology, and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment on experience initiatives.
Assess & Recommend Change Impacts – Evaluate how process or system changes affect the customer journey and operational workflows.
Define & Validate Business Requirements – Ensure experience solutions align with organizational goals and customer expectations.
Monitor & Measure Experience Performance – Track key metrics (CSAT, NPS, CES, adoption rates) to assess the impact of implemented changes.
Support Process Optimization & Digital Adoption – Provide insights to streamline workflows and enhance self-service experiences.
Elicit, translate, validate, communicate, negotiate and manage requirements
Scope a project/program to meet business needs
Identify, define, communicate, and negotiate for solutions (technical, business process/procedural, etc.) that will maximize the value delivered by an organization or business unit to its stakeholders
Act as communication conduit between the stakeholders and the project/program team
Assist in writing user acceptance tests/cases, and liaise between testing resources and stakeholders
Identify and model processes, data, and business rules
Document business requirements, user stories and process flows
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, market trends, and user needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements and prioritize features based on business goals and user feedback.
Work closely with experience architects and designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
Translate business requirements into clear and detailed technical specifications for development teams.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
Perform user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate on product features and functionalities.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product usage, user satisfaction, and business impact.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve product management processes.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:
Work Experience:
Previous experience in business analysis, product management, or related roles.
Experience working in software development projects with a focus on user-centric design.
Familiarity with industries such as technology, e-commerce, or finance is advantageous.
Experience in analyzing and optimizing omnichannel customer journeys, improving operational efficiency and customer experience through process redesign and technology implementation.
Level of Knowledge & Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in business analysis or product management roles.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and methodologies.
Stakeholder management
Project management
Certifications:
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is desirable.
Agile or Scrum certification may be beneficial depending on the organization's methodologies.
UX/UI design certification or training could enhance proficiency in experience architecture.
