American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the Global leader in the Corporate Payments Solutions space and continues to be an exciting and fast-growing business. The Sales Enablement, Pricing, & Transformation (SPT) team is the analysis and business decisioning arm of Global Commercial Services (GCS) responsible for studying business performance and uncovering actionable insights to architect GCS growth and strengthen the culture of compliance and control. The Manager position within the SPT organization offers the opportunity to be part of this dynamic organization. This position, reporting to the Director of SPT US Small & Medium Enterprise (SME), will play a critical role in supporting the development of growth and analytic strategies to increase performance and drive execution while working alongside senior leadership with GCS. The individual will enhance business decision-making process by providing insightful and analytical recommendations across the SME organization to drive growth, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities. **How will you make an impact in this role?** + Having a deep analytical mind but entrepreneurial attitude comfortable with fast failure and the ability to pivot quickly to new approaches to finding solutions + Build strong relationships with US SME Account development and Marketing teams while partnering with other major stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges in order to become a trusted thought leader + Use creative approaches to determine which KPIs should be used to measure the business progress + Champion data driven decision making and actively collaborate with business partners in order to navigate new territory and quickly respond to change + Focus on technical execution, we need data to understand the narrowing pipe from prospect to sale to implementation to client management + Provide actionable insights by Identifying and analyzing key performance indicators **Minimum Qualifications** + Strong Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Require extensive analytical experience to support core and special projects across GCS + Excellent analytical and problem solving skills coupled with deep relationship building experience and ability to handle complex large datasets + This is a hybrid role with the candidate expected to work from office 3 days a week + Strong project management skills with a record of successful results on complex, large-scale, cross-functional initiatives + Ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and comfort presenting at all levels of the organization **Preferred Qualifications** + Proactive approach to tackle new opportunities and challenges with high energy and enthusiasm + Accountability for self and others to meet all commitments and deliverables in a timely manner + Experience leading multiple and complex workstreams and working across departmental boundaries to deliver a diverse set of initiatives that result in successful outcomes + Strong business insight and experience with Sales and Account Development organizations, and the ability to understand their structure, operations, and strategic priorities + Can win attitude and a desire to learn in a fast paced environment! **Qualifications** We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
