As the Manager Business Intelligence for Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P), you will serve as the pivotal business partner for developing and delivering SS&P analytical solutions. This role demands a strategic mindset and the ability to steer product development in alignment with business priorities and stakeholder needs.
As the Manager Business Intelligence, your main mission is to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge analytical solutions that enhance ASML’s supply chain performance. This requires a strategic vision, profound understanding of the market, and the ability to steer product development in alignment with business priorities and stakeholder needs.
In this high-impact role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders and lead coalitions across business and IT to define, execute, and safeguard the product vision and roadmap. Utilizing the SAFe Agile framework, you ensure that solutions are delivered through quarterly increments and bi-weekly sprints, continually driving process maturity and tooling improvements to enhance ASML’s supply chain performance. Your leadership will be crucial in orchestrating quarterly planning sessions, sprint reviews, and other Agile rituals, ensuring your team stays aligned with the evolving demands of the business. Your responsibilities will also include leading a team of Product Owners, setting team priorities, playing your role in large x-sector programs (like ERP migration) and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
Acting as a crucial link between business and IT stakeholders to ensure the product vision.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with (senior) stakeholders to understand business needs and prioritize the team's workload.
Managing the yearly budget process for your group.
Cross-sector alignment on deliveries (Planning & Delivery), processes and tooling (DAN).
Leading, growing and coaching your team.
Fostering collaboration with neighbor SS&P teams like PM&R, BAAS and PLM and IT resources; Driving our contribution in the larger ASML ERP migration program
Lead a team as a Product Owner when necessary; PRE: Leading and developing AI opportunities within SS&P.
Education and experience
Master’s degree, preferably in supply chain management or industrial engineering.
10+ years relevant work experiences including team leadership, and Agile development.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP ECC/APO/IBP and/or advanced planning solutions is a pre.
Experience with SAFe / Agile environment and JIRA tooling is a pre.
Experience with Ui5, SAP Analytics Cloud, Spotfire reporting solutions is a pre.

In this high-impact role, you will lead and inspire a team of Product Owners, ensuring they are aligned with the overall product vision and roadmap. The Agile teams are organized as end-to-end focus teams, which means that they have all necessary competences to drive a topic from inception until successful delivery. The teams consist out of both business (PM&R – Performance Mgt & Reporting) as well IT resources, requiring strong collaboration across group boundaries. If the situation demands it, you will also be required to lead a team from a Product Owner perspective.
