Manager - Business Practices

Compliance Oversight

Monitor activities and initiatives as assigned as per applicable compliance policies and procedures on monthly basis, identify any noncompliance issues for policy adherence, effectiveness of internal controls and report any deviations to stakeholder for discussions, document and decide remedial actions as applicable

Support compliance due diligence, approval activities, compliance risk assessments, reviews of risk and compliance framework in assigned corporate compliance policy areas

Support follow-up on all action with relevant stakeholders including minutes of meeting, proper documentation, recordkeeping on all relevant compliance documentation stemming from reviews and relevant actions taken by decision makers

Develop in subject matter expertise in risk & compliance framework and support automation initiatives, data analytics and Global simplification projects for standardization of compliance IT process worldwide.

Compliance Training, Awareness & Communication

Support development and initiating compliance outreach program as guided to develop innovative learning and development initiatives for employees to imbibe a culture of ethical conduct and culture to adhere to all policies

Develop and deliver compliance training programs & materials to educate employees on policies, procedures and expectations, follow-up on timely completion of employees' global trainings, raising awareness of compliance risk and promoting a culture of integrity, accountability and ethical behavior

Develop monthly communication for market newsletter and compliance messaging to all employees in the areas covered

Develop support internal guidelines, toolkits and packaged knowledge on various compliance policies and procedures, work instructions

Compliance policies standards & guidelines

Counsel, advise and educate new and existing employees on corporate compliance policies and support in their understanding and adherence in planning new initiatives

Understanding the Global policies, procedures and tools to effectively communicate, audit and guide appropriate employee groups

Support developing and enhancing local compliance policies, internal control framework and work instructions as needed in line with Global policies

Support change management on implementation of new global policies as amended or newly created and ensure appropriate employee groups understanding, implementation as per defined timelines

Understand the local healthcare code and laws relevant to industry such as UCPMP, MCI, Privacy law as applicable and support the business in adherence to requirements
