Overview:

In our manager development program, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job and online training with the goal of being promoted to a manager position within 8 weeks. The program starts with basic in-shop and delivery skills and progresses to shift management and store management.

Responsibilities:

Run shifts of 8-10 hours per dayOpen the store and prepare ingredients and vegetablesBake fresh bread for each shiftManage fresh bread production throughout the shiftSupervise in-shop and driver employeesOversee inventory and product deliveryMake personnel decisions with input and consent from ownersCreate schedules (for General Manager)
