Case Manager is responsible to provide professional case management support to ensure new application case can be completed effectively and efficiently
Position Responsibilities:
Liaise with business partners, internal operations and HNW underwriters to facilitate the end to end process of new business from applications to issue of policyCollect sufficient information and documentation from clients and ensure policy application case submissions are complete and accurateProvide administration support related to case management and e.g. update sales progress report, follow up closely for APS report from clinicFacilitate the case issuance with New Business team and cashierHandle enquiries from business partners, both internal and external, provide proactive and timely follow-upShare best practice from time to time, support training and briefing to business partners to share the Case Management and New Business tips etc.Assist in ad hoc projectsRequired Qualifications:
Post‐secondary degreeMinimum 3 years previous life insurance industry knowledge with knowledge of New Business policies and procedures, or previous experience working in Distribution/SalesLife insurance exams/designations an asset ‐ LOMA 1 & 2, ACS. Otherwise willing to complete within 2 years.Good command of both spoken and written English and ChineseExcellent customer service and communication skills, with a solid understanding of urgency and strong follow‐throughAbility to build and maintain positive & solid relationships with internal and external customersPositive attitude, high level of engagement, strong collaborative skills requiredExcellent organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detailAbility to multi‐task and juggle competing escalated inquiries, prioritizing workload based on urgency, ensuring all items handled in a timely manner, sometimes under stressful and changing circumstancesWhen you join our team:
