We’re a top choice in North Texas for cancer and emergency services, bariatric services, cardiac care and much more. **Job Description** Department operations: Ensure daily operations of SPD fall within AMII guidelines Staff schedules Manage performance issues Engage Physicians: Daily rounding with physicians Finance and Efficiency: Meet supply and FTE budgets Quality Metrics: Development and oversight of department based PI projects Advance Patient safety and Quality **Education** H.S.
