Manager CL Solutions Sr
**DESCRIPTION** The Senior Client Solutions Manager is responsible for managing the relationship with retailers and /or consumer packaged goods companies. Their primary responsibility is representing the company during negotiation and execution of special project coverage in stores, including accurate billing, reporting and analysis at project conclusion. The The Senior Client Solutions Manager will ensure superior project execution and building additional business opportunities within their clients. They may also manage the work of Client Solutions Managers/Client Solutions Coordinators as well as support members within the IMPACT Business Operations and Field Teams. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Build working relationships with clients, field management and Impact Business Operations associates to foster cooperation and teamwork on projects. * Communicate project requirements, goals and objectives to the Retail organization. * Refine project framework and collateral to ensure consistency and clarity for the Retail organization. * Coordinate the preparation and entry of each project into the necessary company systems * Monitor Merchandiser feedback and adjust or revise reporting framework as needed during a project. * Coordinate the preparation of accurate and timely billing statements for each project. * Communicate project results to clients. * Develop project recaps for internal use in the Business Operations knowledge base. * Create opportunities for revenue enhancement by reviewing project data and recaps and coordinating the preparation of supporting documentation and presentation materials. * Coordinate and manage the work of Business Operations Client Services Managers and support staff. * Assist in the design of the company’s proprietary systems when required. * Perform special assignments as requested. **QUALIFICATIONS** Minimum Education and Work Experience High School Diploma/GED Bachelor’s Degree preferred * 3+ years’ experience working in the CPG industry, supporting manufacturer or retailer initiatives * Experience developing and managing others * Prior experience that demonstrated sales skills with a retailer, food broker, agency or major consumer * Products company. * Solid understanding of working with retail service organizations and in-store execution Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Must be able to operate a calculator, computer, printer, fax machine, telephone and copier. * Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a car. * Must be willing to travel. * Must be proficient in a variety of software packages used to support the sales function. * Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills. * Must have the ability to analyze sales and marketing information needed to make effective sales presentations Physical Requirements * Seeing * Pushing/Pulling * Color Perception * Climbing * Carrying and Lifting (30-60lbs) * Listening * Ability to Travel \#DiscoverYourPath **ABOUT US** Acosta is a part of Acosta Group – a collective of the industry’s most trusted retail, marketing and foodservice agencies reimagining the way people connect with brands at every point in their shopping journey.
