What is the opportunity?

In this role you will lead and coach a team of service professionals to deliver exceptional client experience and performance results by maximizing every client interaction. You will be a centre of expertise with accountability for account opening and processing of client transactions to ensure operational effectiveness with adherence to Group compliance/policies and in accordance with regulatory requirements. You will also be a backup Trader.

What will you do?

Ensure the accurate processing of customer transactions, such as account opening, change request, account closure & updating signing authority for accounts ensuring Group Compliance Standards and applicable regulatory framework are metDevelop action plans to address any issues that may arise from client feedback (survey or otherwise) and monitor to ensure execution by the WISE Team and Business Service CenterCoach team to proactively ask clients for feedback to confirm they are satisfied, immediately address any gaps, learn directly from them how we can make their experience better next timeDevelop relationship with sales and service partners to ensure client satisfaction and efficient operation of the unit. Ensures all team members follow proper operational processes and procedures to protect WISE and shareholder interests.Enable front-to-back simplification of operations and act as the enabler of transformational, infrastructural and operations initiatives.Provide professional, attentive, and accurate service when dealing with WISE internal and external clientsHelp clients by identifying what is important to them, matching it with RBC products and solutions, teaching them how to access RBC and their products, and providing personalized advice that will help make a positive difference in their livesEnsure that client's contact information is updated on core systems at every client interaction to ensure timeliness and accuracy of their data to enable the delivery of an exceptional client experience as clients choose how they wish to interact with us

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Tertiary level education (Associate degree; Degree, Professional Qualification)Strong passion for fulfilling on client needs.Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-taskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of industry software (Depend, Netex 360, Avvento, Bloomberg) desirable.License trader with the Trinidad & Tobago Stock Exchange and Trinidad & Tobago Securities Exchange Commission is an asset.

Nice-to-have

A high degree of current market activity knowledge is an asset.
