We are looking for a Manager - Client Services Operations and Change for maternity cover for a managerial role within our Marine Market Services team.

The role will require a combination of operations management skills and project management experience. You would work with a team of five in the UK and another five in Mumbai to ensure clients receive deliverable services to time and quality constraints. Alongside existing deliverables, the successful candidate will also be required to manage projects to extend the range of services and improve delivery processes where appropriate.
 

This is a 10 months Fixed Term contract role

Coordinating the planning and production through to delivery to clients of our flagship data services Oversight of data collection and quality assurance in support of the above Maintaining records to meet compliance requirements Working with a distributed team across the UK and Mumbai to ensure smooth collaboration Project Management of change initiatives  Continuous process improvement
