Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the commercial insighting & analytics team - gathering relevant market trends and insights through both internal and external sources to identify key challenges, opportunities, and strategies relevant to establish leadership. In this role, you would
Support the development of RTM plans and strategies through data-driven insights on operational fundamentals. Review sales fundamentals and how it translates and impacts sales performance. Lead and design trade surveys to understand market state and monitor performance of directly-served outlets.Lead the Retail Audit reporting in the affiliate. Synthesize data from third party and internal sales data to explain and predict trends including but not limited to -- market shares and product availability/distribution. Responsible for ensuring proper representation of data from third part sources -- lead discussions on volume coverage and potential gaps in audit.Lead KPIs tracking both for OGSM and operational monitoring. Influence and serve as consultant for target setting and forecasts.Closely collaborate with other Commercial and Marketing teams to build relevant reporting dashboards to monitor operational/project/brand performance.Share insights and updates with relevant collaborators, ensuring they understand the data and key actionable insights. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
Minimum 8 years commercial analytics experience, preferably gained in the multinational FMCG industry.
