The Headlines:
In the role of Manager Commercial Technology Products working in Chicago, IL you will be part of the Information Technology team. This role typically acts as a Product Owner (PO) for the Salesforce ART (Agile Release Train) supporting US and Canada sales organizations. This role is responsible for one or two teams delivering business capability within a product or value stream. The role is accountable for delivering business value through successful completion of features and stories that have been prioritized by the portfolio process. Through understanding of the beverage business, the PO owns relationships with end users, key business stakeholders, and expertise in our business process to deliver technology that is usable and meets business needs.
This position reports to Sr. Mgr Product Solution Owner - Commercial and works closely with the US and Canada sales organizations, solution architects, software engineers, developers, partners, UX designers and change enablement teams.
The Responsibilities:
Prioritize their scrum team’s backlog based on factors like business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility. This involves creating, maintaining, and prioritizing a dynamic list of features, stories, enhancements, and bug fixes. Continuously evaluate the product’s progress and make necessary adjustments to the backlog and priorities. Write user stories and acceptance criteria to clearly articulate the requirements and expectations for each feature. Perform testing to ensure acceptance criteria has been met, and collaborate with key business stakeholders throughout development to ensure business needs are met. Work closely with the development team, scrum masters, and Release Train Engineer during sprints to ensure that the team is focused on the right tasks and that any issues are promptly addressed. Act as a liaison between stakeholders (such as customers, end-users, business leaders, and developers) to ensure that the product meets the needs of all parties involved. They gather feedback from users, the enablement team, and stakeholders to inform future development and ensure the product evolves in the right direction. Working with Product Management and other Product Owners, define the overall vision for the product and ensure that the development team and stakeholders understand and are aligned with this vision. Track and monitor product usage and adoption and drive towards value realization through successful deployment of capabilities by working closely with users and enablement teams.
The Other Qualifications:
You have a bachelor’s degree in information technology or related STEM field OR equivalent experience You have at least 5+ years experience in Consumer Goods sales or operations, and/or a role a technology delivery team using agile values and principles You have a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. You are familiar with commercial business processes combined with knowledge of commercial software, including CRM systems, Consumer Data Platforms, Price Promotion and Optimization engines, ERP systems, marketing automation tools, and e-commerce platforms. You have a solid understanding of platforms like Salesforce, including their capabilities and limitations. Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud is a plus. You understand software development processes, agile methodologies, and basic coding principles. You can track and monitor product effectiveness, including analyzing data to drive product decisions and measure success. You can work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and sales professionals. You have strong problem-solving skills to address business challenges and find effective solutions You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow You exhibit our core values

Job Posting Salary Range: (US/Chicago) $100,600 - $132,100
