Key Responsibilities:
Handling work with respect to Listed Companies as well as group of Public Unlisted and Private Companies including Foreign Subsidiaries;Handling compliances with respect to the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder;Handling compliances with SEBI regulations vis-à-vis SEBI LODR, PIT, SAST, etc.;Handling RBI compliances in relation to foreign subsidiaries like FLA, ODI reporting, APR filing, ECB filing, etc.;Preparing Annual Report including Board Report and annexures, CG Report, BRSR, etc.Filing necessary forms and returns with ROC including XBRL forms.Maintaining statutory books and records required under the Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, preparing notices, agenda and minutes.Co-ordinating and communicating with the Board, Board Committees, Senior Management and Shareholders and Facilitating and organizing Meetings of the Board, Committees and Shareholders, Postal Ballots;Liaising with statutory regulations and external authorities like RTA, Depositories, Stock Exchanges, etc with an ability to make sound judgements; Sound knowledge with respect to the Companies Act and rules, Secretarial Standards, SEBI Regulations, RBI Regulations, FEMA regulationsSkills:
