We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a proven track record of 12+ years in delivering complex software development projects. The ideal candidate must have expertise in Java development with an optional exposure to Angular technologies. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, project management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure project delivery excellence.
Your future duties and responsibilities:• Oversee software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time and high-quality outputs.
• Lead teams in Java-based projects while optionally integrating front-end technologies like Angular.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers, and product owners) to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and project management frameworks.
• Proactively manage risks, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating progress and roadblocks.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
Mandatory:
• Strong expertise in Java (Core Java, Java EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs).
Optional:
• Familiarity with Angular (Angular 8 and above) for frontend development.
• Exposure to full-stack development environments.
Tools and Platforms:
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Java technologies and application lifecycle management.
• Understanding of front-end frameworks like Angular (optional but preferred).
• Solid experience in managing end-to-end project development and technical architecture.
Project Management Skills:
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proven ability to define project scope, create timelines, and manage deliverables.
• Strong risk management and conflict resolution skills.
