About your manager

Petr Chadima leads our Technology consulting team for financial services. He spent most of his professional life on large-scale transformation projects for both Czech and foreign clients. And the main reason he still enjoys his job, he says, is because he works with the best people he could ever imagine. And also, he is supported by a wonderful family who, when he needs to relax, let him make completely unnecessary things out of wood.

Job description & summary 

As a Manager in Technology Consulting for German projects at PwC, you will be at the forefront of leading and delivering projects across all stages of the project life cycle. You will be a part of a dynamic team that thrives on innovation and collaboration. You will also play a crucial role in establishing and leading a new team within Technology Consulting, providing a truly global perspective for our clients.

Leading projects from Requirement Analysis to Implementation and Change management.

Participating actively in the global PwC network, collaborating with other PwC member firms to share knowledge.

Proactively participating in new business development, including up-selling on current projects and creating offerings for new business opportunities.

Establishing and leading a new team within Technology Consulting.

Communicating actively with colleagues and clients in German-speaking countries.

Requirements of the role

Minimum of 6+ years of experience within a multinational or local firm, preferably in Management Consultancy.

Strong knowledge of business processes within the Finance & Banking sector.

Proven track record in leading and delivering projects.

Excellent analytical thinking skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in German language at the C1 level for active communication with colleagues and clients in German-speaking countries.

Fluency in English and either Czech or Slovak.

Willingness for ad hoc travel to Germany.
