About the Role

Responsible for supporting and enhancing the current administration and contract management team.

Location: Cyberjaya

Responsibilities:

Reviewing, creating, and maintaining contracts involving local business units & third party contracts/scope of works

Leads negotiations and strategic partnerships to strengthen the company's market position

Develops a way to provide central management and maintenance of the contracts

Creates and implements the possible use of a menu of options within contracts that can be supported by processes driven/delivered as needed for each LBU.

Sets up a way to track prices globally to enable accurate rebates and settlements for counterparties and banks.

Works with external parties to find the best operational model and technical approach to this capability for AIA Business units and AMCs, making data available for analytics on margins, costs, and pricing approaches to relevant partners

Staying updated with recent developments & emerging trends, along with understanding the regulations of various countries & regulations

To secure favorable contract terms and conditions

Overseeing and reviewing works done by the team which includes expense management and accrual of expenses, etc.

Annual budgeting, analyzing and forecasting for all Investment Centres of Excellence (CoE)

Liaising with outsource provider on financial matters.

To provide support on office administration matters such as repots on office floorspace, managing internal SharePoint sites, coordinating events & communication management

Working with the Business Continuity Plan team, RCM and RCA team to keep all these documents updated for the various investment team and ensuring compliance at all times

Assisting various line of business units to indepenently complete due dillegence work documents in specific timelines

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience

Proven experience in contract management and administration

Prior experience working with insurance company and asset management companies (AMC) is preferred.

Advanced excel knowledge and Power BI experience along with certification is preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Attentive to detail and capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
