Job Description:
The Manager Corporate Communications will report to the Vice President, Communications, Global Events, & Central Marketing and help build the internal communication strategy and campaigns to articulate, share, and engage targeted internal and external global audiences with Envista’s purpose, strategy, and culture. This individual will execute upon the corporate communication plan in organized, strategic, and creative ways. She/He will ensure all material is consistent with current campaign standard processes for creation and circulation, style, format, and branding with a particular eye for detail.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement internal communication strategies and campaigns aligned with business strategic priorities.Coordinate and execute communication campaigns that increase the awareness and favorable image of Envista and its operating companies among current and prospective employees globally.Develop a comprehensive plan and accompanying materials to drive employee engagement in alignment with our core CIRCLe values.Create and produce regular employee communications in print and/or electronic formats as appropriate for the audience.Work collaboratively with the Corporate Communication team to ensure quality of content and messaging is consistent across all audiences.Work with the SharePoint team to develop and utilize the latest intranet applications to foster engaging, two-way communication across the global enterprise.Support planning and execution of global company all hands meetings including event coordination and executive presentations.Support external employer branding strategy for recruiting purposes (i.e. LinkedIn, career website, etc.).Contribute ideas for fresh, innovative, and informative digital content, including videos, newsletters, infographics, testimonials, and photography.Coordinate and execute upon leadership events.Contribute to the Envista Global Events team as an on-site team member through logistical planning and execution, content editing, detail orientation, and offering creative and engaging event ideas.Leverage innovative technologies to continuously improve communication tool standards and effectiveness.Measures and analyzes internal communication tactics and incorporate best practices in go-forward plans.Serve as brand ambassador.Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or relevant area or 6+ years of relevant corporate communication experience in lieu of education4+ years’ experience in a corporate communication role4+ years’ experience in event coordination, planning, and creating contentStrong communication skills (verbally, writing skills, presentation skills)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
