You will provide training and support to team members and implement process improvements. Your role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data used by the organization.   Responsibilities : + Demonstrating effective leadership skills to ensure a cohesive and collaborative team dynamic. + Providing training and support to team members on data entry tools and techniques. + Influencing and guiding both internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and agencies. + Establishing team standards and enforcing procedures based on expertise in respective field. + Troubleshooting data entry issues and providing solutions to improve data accuracy + Facilitating effective collaboration and communication among project team members and stakeholders. + Presenting team achievements, progress, and challenges to executive leadership. + Creating and presenting engaging presentations to senior leadership and internal stakeholders. Requirements : + Have 5+ plus years experience as a people leader required . + Proficiency in using presentation software and tools to create professional and visually appealing presentations. + Possess analytical skills and the capacity to decipher data and provide strategic suggestions. + Possess effective problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data entry issues and recommend solutions. + Have a thorough understanding of data management systems and software + Able to gather and incorporate feedback from senior leaders and stakeholders into team strategies and processes. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams + Experienced in developing and maintaining procedures and coaching others to ensure accuracy and accountability. + Possess significant experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
