GENERAL PURPOSE

As a Manager CRM Campaign Communications, you’ll be at the heart of that mission, leading a team to deliver highly engaging, personalized email and push notification campaigns. Your work will directly impact how missions of consumers in Europe experience the brand every day.
This role ensures the ownership of end-to-end delivery of email and push notification campaigns, its performances, processes and projects. Along with your team, you will make sure that optimization and testing is at the core of everything they do and that the campaigns are in line with adidas brand standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead & execute impactful CRM Campaigns
Own end-to-end execution of email and push notification marketing campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content, segmentation, and creative elements align with adidas brand standards. Work closely with external agencies to ensure seamless execution. Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize based on insights.
Drive key CRM projects
Translate overall CRM strategy into concrete and measurable initiatives. Lead the roll-out of small to medium-sized projects that improve consumer engagement and internal collaboration. Work cross-functionally with global teams, local markets, and agencies to drive innovation in CRM communications. Keep track of project progress, budgets, and impact, reporting regularly to leadership. Evaluate and reflect on project successes, failures and improvements for future purposes and cascade down to relevant stakeholders.
Lead & develop a high-performing team
Manage and mentor a team Assistant Managers, ensuring their growth and success. Assign projects and campaigns strategically to match skills and career goals. Act as the voice of your team within the organization, advocating for best practices and resources.
Continuously improve CRM strategies
Identify opportunities to enhance email and push notification campaigns through testing, data analysis, and innovation. Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve workflows and implement best practices. Stay ahead of industry trends and new technologies to keep adidas at the forefront of digital marketing.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience & Skills
3-4 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing. Experience in managing complex processes across multiple teams in different geographies. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics programs, and CRM technologies. Experience in managing a team is a plus!
Soft Skills
Strong communication & negotiation skills – comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders. Adaptability – able to pivot quickly in a fast-moving environment. A problem-solver who thrives in a data-driven, results-oriented role.
