In this role, you will develop and execute data-driven customer relationship management strategies aimed at increasing engagement, retention, and revenue. You will manage multi-channel campaigns from end to end, leveraging advanced platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze to deliver personalized messaging that reaches the right customer at the right time.Responsibilities: Develop & Execute CRM Strategies - Drive subscriber engagement, reduce churn, and maximize lifetime value through email, push notifications, in-app messaging (IAM), SMS, and paid retention/engagement campaigns. Campaign Management - Oversee the full lifecycle of email and push marketing campaigns, including strategy, planning, segmentation (SQL), design/layout, testing, deployment, and performance reporting. Title Marketing & Stakeholder Coordination - Lead regional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of title marketing campaigns across all digital channels for existing subscribers. Personalization & Optimization - Use customer behavioral insights to craft personalized, dynamic campaigns. Implement segmentation strategies, journey orchestration, and A/B testing to drive optimal performance. Performance Analysis & Insights - Monitor key metrics, analyze customer data, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns. Present findings and performance reports to stakeholders. Technical Execution & Best Practices - Manage the technical aspects of digital communications, ensuring best practices in HTML/CSS and email marketing. Work with Senior Coordinators to optimize processes. Cross-Team Collaboration - Partner with Retention & Lifecycle, Product, Data, and Merchandising teams to refine campaign strategies and streamline execution. Creative Support - Assist in creating and uploading graphics using Adobe Photoshop and collaborate with stakeholders and the Creative team on email template development. Quality Assurance & Platform Expertise - Conduct quality assurance checks for CRM launches and serve as a subject matter expert on CRM platforms, providing guidance and training as needed. Qualifications: 5-7+ years of experience in CRM and email marketing, preferably within a subscription-based or streaming service. Strong background in automated lifecycle campaigns and triggered messaging strategies. Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio & Journey Builder) and Braze. Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email customization; knowledge of SQL, Liquid, and AMPScript is a plus. Deep understanding of CRM metrics and their impact on business performance. Experience in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop for basic design work. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage leadership and stakeholders. Proven ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and coordinate across international teams. Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus). Nice to Have Knowledge of TV content and streaming industry trends. Passion for entertainment and digital media.
