Key Purpose:
Responsible for the creation and implementation of Range Architecture framework across EMC Export geography. Support the cross-category team with development and management of their product range KPI’s and seasonal Go To Market (GTM) plans. Drive the delivery of locally relevant assortment plans for Countries and Key Partners based on KPIs that include Global Brand footprint, consumer relevance, efficiency, and profitability
Key Responsibilities:
Evolving and defining Range Architecture targets across Category and Distribution Channels To drive the Cluster Range Architecture calendar from the Handover to the Sell in monitoring and measuring the Range efficiency KPIs as per the seasonal RA targets Data review and analysis preparation to support seasonal regional ranging process across EMC geography. Development of proposed product ranges for key partners Monitoring and ensuring seasonal Common Range pick up across Category and Channel Support sales meetings: digital sell-in tool preparation Assist in the creation of range presentations to both internal and external audiences Assist in all aspects of the day-to-day operations for the CTC merchandising function in line with the GTM calendar. Analyze range performance and sell-through data for key campaigns and proposed ranges.
Key Requirements:
Ability to work within a cross functional team environment. Strong analytical skills Structured, organized and process orientated. Advanced skills in MS Office - ability to process and understand data and numbers. Attention to detail as error in analysis will have crucial impact to business Fast learner to support management of internal systems. Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure. Comfortable working on multiple projects at one time. Fluent in English. Diploma or University degree in business preferred, or equivalent professional experience in Merchandising, finance or sales.
