Manager Customer Reporting and Analytics Sales Operations

What you’ll be doing:

You will be responsible for understanding, automating, and maintaining customer reports and the processes to deliver reporting services to enhance the customer experience.You will be a key member of the analytics team, delivering robust customer reporting to the business.Work with Sales teams, functional leads and others as needed to gather Customer’s requirements and transform data into reports.Train and provide ongoing support to business users regarding the data and reports, what the report is, the cadence, and promote the adoption of standard reporting processes and why it is important to use.Work with Business Intelligence and other data teams to source, develop and document data definitions, business rules and data quality requirements.Establish and maintain working partnership with business sponsors and vendors as well as other key internal and external stakeholders to ensure all reporting needs are coordinated and delivering desired results.Analyze processes and suggest improvements to better support our customers.

What you bring to the table:

Ability to identify and understand internal or external customer needs and deliver customer-centric solutions, work on a collaborative environment consisting of diverse individuals, be proactive on the development of new ideas to create and implement innovative solutions, and always look for ways to growth and challenge the conventional approachesWorking knowledge of Microsoft BI (Power Query, DAX), SSDT (SQL Server Data Transformation) & SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services)Experience in SQL and statistical packages including Python, R, preferredExperience using Business Intelligence reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau and MicroStrategy) preferredStrong writing, general communication, influencing, and presentation skillsAbility to quickly develop an understanding of internal and external customer needs and how to create and utilize backend systems, analysis, automation, self-service, and visualization to support themSelf-starter, curious, accountable, enjoys a healthy level of autonomy, strong work ethic, able to succeed in a fast-paced, high-intensity business environmentComfortable interacting with all levels of business peopleProactive individual, comfortable prioritizing, and balancing workloadsExperience in change management and/or working within a rapidly evolving business

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience with report/dashboard development, data/report automation, self-service capabilities, data design and integration, data quality and governanceKnowledge of core statistical, Finance, analytical, or data mining techniques including basic data modeling and trend analysis

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management or similar discipline
