As the Manager, Data & AI Sales, you will act as a thought leader in digital transformation across solution areas to advise customers. You will help the team create a vision for the customers and develop plans to drive sales. You will lead your team on ways to implement and share close plans to de-risk and drive predictable deal closure. You will leverage global resources to help connect the partner ecosystems to form new market opportunities. Ensuring your team meets sales targets and operational standards while maintaining the health of metrics within the assigned territory is crucial. You will interact with Corporate leadership and executive-level stakeholders to get support for your team. Additionally, you will develop strategies to position Microsoft products, solutions, and/or services against competitors.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee the end-to-end business across assigned territories.
+ Ensure the team meets targets and operational standards while maintaining the health of metrics within the assigned territory.
+ Act as a thought leader in digital transformation across solution areas to advise customers with focus on Data & AI and Application Innovation solutions.
+ Help the team create a vision for the customers and develop plans to drive sales.
+ Lead the team on ways to implement and share close plans to de-risk and drive predictable deal closure.
+ Leverage global resources to help connect the partner ecosystems to form new market opportunities.
+ Develop strategies to position Microsoft products, solutions, and/or services against competitors.
+ Drive employee growth and development, execute projects, and manage performance.
**Qualifications**
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in technology-related sales or account managmeent
+ Experience in Sales Leadership and People Management
+ Experience in data migration, modernization, and managed services.
+ Experience building new data architectures (Mesh/Fabric), data products and marketplaces, cloud data & analytics platforms, and use cases.
+ Experience working within Enterprise customers.
+ Due to the specific requrement of the role, language proficiency in English and Portuguese will be of advantage.
