We are seeking a highly analytical and skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist with a background in technology (B.Tech) and hands-on experience in leading BI tools, including Tableau and Power BI. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data, with the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.) is an added advantage.Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to provide insights that support data-driven decision-making.Create visually compelling and interactive data visualizations that present complex data in an accessible and user-friendly format.Analyse large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements, providing ad hoc reports and analyses as needed.Design and implement BI solutions to meet organizational needs, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security across all dashboards and reports.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders, to gather requirements and develop BI solutions that meet specific business needs.Some careers have more impact than others.
