The American Express Enterprise Digital Experimentation & Analytics (EDEA) leads the Enterprise Product Analytics and Experimentation charter for Brand & Performance Marketing and Digital Acquisition & Membership experiences as well as Enterprise Platforms. The focus of this collaborative team is to drive growth by enabling efficiencies in paid performance channels & evolve our digital experiences with actionable insights & analytics. The team specializes in using data around digital product usage to drive improvements in the acquisition customer experience to deliver higher satisfaction and business value.

The Performance and Brand Marketing Analytics team within the broader Enterprise Digital Experimentation & Analytics (EDEA) team in EDDS supports optimization of our paid channels/brand activities, create enterprise channel level reports and build scalable enterprise solutions for elevating performance marketing. The team specializes in using data around digital marketing, internal acquisitions data, external channel data and investment data to improve our ROI across the marketing funnel.

How will you make an impact in this role?

As Manager, you will serve as a budding subject matter expert on creating and assessing key performance metrics, building targeting solutions, collecting and analyzing data from various sources, developing insight frameworks, and using digital experimentation to identify strategic and optimization opportunities to drive desired business outcomes – profitable acquisition of prospects and efficient returns from Amex’s advertising investments

Drive expertise in Audience segmentation and Custom targeting using Amex & 3rd party prospect data assets. Optimize performance and drive efficient growth for our advertising channels by creating robust experimentation roadmap in-line with business priorities. Drive data driven strategies for bidding, creatives, campaign KPI, landing page etc. to boost ROIs. Creating world class analytical solutions in AdTech space and developing future-proof identity solution for performance marketing use-cases. Stay connected with external partners and agencies within the digital marketing ecosystem. Lead and develop analyst talent within the team. Share findings and best practices across analytics teams and adopt from others as appropriate. Work in a dynamic environment with attention to detail and effective communication

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of progressively complex experience in digital analytics and experimentation Prior experience in managing Performance Marketing channels (Paid Media/Paid Search) across audiences/bidding/creatives/optimizations/data integrations preferred. Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business objectives. Quantitative degree preferred Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to partner cross-functionally to achieve common goals.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
