We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our department as Manager Data Analytics and CRM (Customer).

Principal responsibilities:

Establish and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business goals.Collaborate with business, work independently to perform customer analysis, design customer journey and develop innovative analytics solutions to support strategic initiatives.Keen to take initiatives to translate business problems into analytics-led solutions with appropriate methodology, manage the business application effectively and evaluate the results rigorously.Highly sensitive to state of business and anticipative of business problems and priorities.Explore the data and conduct quantitative analysis to ascertain root cause of business' issues, identifies opportunities and effective targeting for business growth potential.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into business processes and decision-making.Design and develop dashboards and reporting tools for performance monitoring.Ensure timely and quality analytics deliverables to satisfy business needs effectively under the dynamic business environment.Sharing knowledge and good practice, working collaboratively with different parties to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment.

Strong knowledge of wealth products and experience with high-net-worth customer segments is a significant plus. Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. Big Query, Python) and visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Qlik Sense).Strong problem-solving skill and a strategic mindset, with the ability to analyses complex data, identify core issues and recommend solutions.Ability to communicate with impact, with the capacity to ensure complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to a wide and varied audience.Customer-centric oriented, with good interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated professional with great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery.
