The Manager Data Architect and Medical Econ Analysis PHSO leads the strategy, structure and operations of Medical Economics analytics and data warehouse functions across BayCare’s value-based care (VBC) enterprise.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the following programs and functions: Medical economics data modeling and analysis focused on enabling leaders and care teams across the VBC enterprise to achieve performance goals and targetsData migration, integration and warehousing solutions delivering highly reliable, accessible and efficient data sets encompassing the VBC enterpriseValue base care performance platforms and applications delivering automated, timely, accurate, flexible and intuitive decision-support platforms across the VBC enterpriseIntegrated and interactive member risk stratification and population health solutions providing insight for clinical teams to assess patient health status. The position plays a critical role in advising VBC leadership on operational solutions to achieving optimal performance under the VBC contracts and programs being managed by PHSO. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Management Information: Systems; Statistics; Economics; Business; Healthcare Administration; or Related FieldTen (10) years relevant experience for a provider network or health plan. Relevant experience is defined as:Managing medical economics analytics functions (medical and pharmacy utilization and spend; member risk adjustment and stratification; value-based quality measure performance; health plan membership)Managing data exchange-transform-load (ETL) and warehousing functionsManaging health plan, provider, and/or managed care contract performance platform management using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and/or AlteryxProject management
