Leading resources in solving complex business needs
Ensuring enterprise and architectural standards and processes are followed
Managing responsibilities in accordance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws
Providing training and resources for staff to perform their jobs effectively
Encouraging new ideas from staff to foster improvements through innovations
Writing advanced complex code for computer systems
Leading the development of technical standards and performing reviews to ensure standards are followed
Serving as a primary technical point of contact for external technology resources

Skills and Requirements
Strong Datalake experience
AWS Serverless Technology experience (Lambda, DynoDB, Python, Cloudfront)
Possess extensive Software Development experience spanning over a decade.
Demonstrate a proven track record of leadership experience
Be able to set, communicate, implement, and achieve business objectives and goals through the direct management of others
Be able to plan, assign, and direct work, appraise performance, reward and discipline employees
Be able to provide training and resources for staff to perform their jobs effectively
Be able to write advanced complex code for computer systems
Be able to lead the development of technical standards and perform reviews to ensure standards are followed
Be able to recommend technical strategy and direction across functional area Experience with OpenSearch null
