This position is to develop strategies for effective data analysis, reporting and to develop a team of data anlysts.
Primary Responsibility• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Interpret data, analyze results against proforma in on-going promotion and identify key findings
• Recommend business strategies based on promotion results and business environment
• Provide customers analytics on timely manner as requested by both internal or external parties.
• Work with different departments in achieving deparment KPIs and goals.
• Lead and develop a team of data analysts
• Diploma holder, preferable major in Statistics, Business Administration or Marketing
• Minimum 5 year experience in data analysis for marketing department
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and present key findings
• Prior experience working with SQL, SAS, R, Power BI
• Problem-solving aptitude and must be result driven
• Good commend of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good logical thinking and able to communicate effectively
• Willing to work under pressure and overtime
