Manager – Deals Transformation proactively executes tasks and assists clients to drive rapid and sustainable release of cash from working capital by identifying the key drivers of working capital improvement, quantifying this opportunity based on levers and providing recommendations on activities required to realize the cash.Essential Functions of the Job:
Executes Value creation, restructuring and engagements.
Helps identify opportunities for clients for optimizing business performance pre or post a transaction
Solutioning for capital constraints / issues , including debt or equity solutions.
Business acumen and problem solving mindset to quick diagnose client issues and propose solution hypotheses
Supports senior leadership in business development by interacting with clients, building value propositions and exhibit positive engagement with clients
Technical knowledge & and problem solving skills
Detailed understanding of Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)Quantitative data analysis for standard business performance elements like cost structure, Revenue / Sales Operations, Balance Sheet analysis on digital tools like MS Excel/PowerBI/AlteryxAnalyze and presents pros and cons the analysis, findings, recommendations and analysisDisplays a critical reading of financial statements, business models, notes to accounts and working capital related line items including schedules to statementsDemonstrates technical competence (financial analytical skills, report writing skills)Demonstrates technical competence in an industry/specializes fieldIdentifies the best way to construct analysis, capture data and present findingsWrite/Assist in thoroughly analyzed and structured findings in the reportsCan work proficiently on research databasesMaximizes own productivity level and efficiency by taking responsibility for managing own work scheduleAwareness of services that the practice provides and support in Brand Building
Networks internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm in order to gain understanding of opportunities/issues that may impact his/her clientsAssists Director/Partner in ideation and pitch preparation/ marketing materials/ credentialsAssists Director/Partner in ideation and preparation of material for presentation at any public forum/ newsletter/ any other thought leadership initiative, etc.Develops Commercial Acumen and build rapport

Education
A post-graduate degree in management (emphasis in Finance or Operations preferred) or equivalent relevant experienceExperience
More than seven years of consulting experience or similar relevant experienceProfessional Services/Consulting experience preferred but not essentialDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationStrong business/commercial acumen and an understanding of major industry sector trends preferredProven ability to work and influence cross-functionally and geographically and with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and departmentsExperience in being part of client-focused advisory solutionsEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)
