Strategic Alignment of capability investment strategies with organizational business strategies and objectivesDemand Assessment & Recommendation Build monitoring Prioritization Framework considering strategic importance of builds, ROIs, risk, and market trendsCost-benefits and sensitivity analysis for informed decision makingGovernance structure to oversee investments and define roles, responsibilities and decision making processes to drive accountability and transparency
