Kellanova is looking for a Manager Digital Marketing and Technology for the Away From Home (AFH) Business Unit. This person will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our AFH marketing technology operations, with a particular focus on HubSpot and Adobe Experience Manager. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing technologies and a passion for driving efficiency and effectiveness in marketing processes. This is a hybrid role that can be located in Naperville, IL, Chicago, IL or Battle Creek, MI. Estimated travel is 10%.
As a part of the Away From Home Marketing Team, you will shape our success in the Food Service and Small Format channels. This business services 20+ segments in a highly complex route-to-market. Your B2B marketing automation experience coupled with a brand-building DNA plays a critical role in our journey to be the world’s best snacks-led powerhouse.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
+ Strategic Support and Execution – Oversee the day-to-day operations of marketing platforms including but not limited to Hubspot and Adobe Experience Manager. This position will focus on areas such as content deployment, testing/optimization, marketing automation, data integrations, platform performance and KPIs.
+ Operational Efficiency – Create and manage project timelines to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives. Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations identifying and implementing process improvements.
+ Stakeholder Management – Work closely with the marketing, commercial strategy, portfolio, sales, and IT teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives. Together you will align and integrate marketing technologies with overall business objectives. Share key learnings with the marketing / broader teams to evaluate performance and develop action plans that educate on available data and tool utilization while driving results.
+ Leadership and Development – Provide training and support to team members on the use of HubSpot and Adobe Experience Manager.
We’re Looking for Someone With
+ Bachelor’s Degree required in marketing, business, or related field
+ Demonstrated experience in marketing operations, CRM, or a similar role
+ Proficiency in digital marketing, marketing automation and CMS tools (ex. HubSpot Marketing Hub and Adobe Experience Manager)
+ Expertise in using web analytics, A/B testing, site personalization and user journeys to identify improvement opportunities
+ Experience with CPG, food or beverage marketing
+ Adept at working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization
Compensation
The annual salary range is $103,500 - $135,900, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
