YOUR ROLE Embark on a journey as a digital Marketing Strategy Manager and PMO (d/f/m), where you will become part of a dynamic work environment, collaborating with diverse colleagues to enhance overall efficiency, problem-solving, and creativity within the workplace Take responsibility for projects end-to-end, managing both strategic and operational levels Set strategic goals for the project, and define the program structure and governance framework Harmonize and automize Lead Flow Management across strategic business units for all kind of Face-2-Face events (CX centers visits and Fairs) You develop engaging and relevant content for online platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing goals You drive customization of content and enhance customer engagement via digital enablers (e.g. Companion App) Lead your project team to drive the completion of projects or programs within time, budget, and scope constraints You prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and communicate results and recommendations to the key stakeholders YOUR SKILLS University degree with a major in marketing or communications Minimum five years of relevant professional experience Proficiency in assessing data and metrics to enhance marketing strategies Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for effective engagement Innovative thinking to create compelling and visually appealing digital content Ability to stay updated on industry trends and quickly adapt to changes in digital marketing landscapes Fluent English language skills
