Location Metro Description Manager/ Director of Branch Administration The ideal candidate will be responsible for oversight of 8 branches within Advantage Federal Credit Union. They will set goals, manage sales and service performance, be involved in hiring, scheduling, escalated member service issues and be a champion for the sale of payment protection products. In addition, they will review performance evaluations, coach managers and develop the Branch Team. The salary for this position is a minimum of $80,000 per year and a maximum of $125,000 per year. A bachelor’s degree is desired. Candidates with an associates degree may be considered based upon years of relevant experience and/or professional certifications. Previous experience managing a large group of employees is required.
