Ready to make your mark?** As a **Pricing Manager / DSO Manager** , you'll leverage your extensive pricing analysis skills working with ADP's global products and lead the team by in establishing the direction of daily activities, ensuring efficient operations, and creating an overall productive and enjoyable working environment for your team spread across the EMEA region. You’ll work close to Sales, Service and Finance teams to ensure we deliver the right pricing to our stakeholders. You will use your financial analytical skills and business expertise to make informed decisions about deals, profitability and risks to define and strategize the right solutions to help close deals that align with ADP's business goals. You’ll play a critical role managing a team of **Pricing Analyst** **/ Deal Architects,** overseeing and driving the daily activities of a team to meet deadlines with attention to quality standards, priorities, and overall goals. **What you'll do:** + **Leadership and Targets:** Oversee and drive daily activities of a team spread across the **EMEA & APAC** region to meet deadlines with attention to quality standards, priorities, and overall goals. + **Build teams that thrive** : Build and develop a robust team that can achieve the highest standards of performance; meeting and exceeding stakeholders' strategic goals. + **Evaluate and Recommend:** Analyze team statistics, individual performances and prepare and present recommendations to Senior Director. + **Operate with an ownership mindset:** Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to team members and analyze directly the most complex deals, supporting the sales team and coordinating the escalations to appropriate levels if necessary. + **Grace Under Pressure:** Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. **Qualification, experience and skills you'll need:** + **Pricing Experience:** 5+ years of experience in Pricing Analysis or related functions in B2B businesses, with experience in architecting complex deals in the global space and and partnering with Sales. + **People Leadership:** 3+ years of people leadership experience, ideally managing global teams spread across multiple regions in a fast-paced environment. + **Financial & Analytical skills:** Experience with Pricing/Quotations Tools and excellent Excel skills, being able to create formulas and manage pivot tables (programming not required). + **Business & Finance acumen:** Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions. Understanding well the key pricing drivers and financial metrics, to ensure that KPIs are maintained. + **Communication skills:** Ability to negotiate, influence and build relationships across a variety of audiences, including senior stakeholders (VP+ level). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in English, Spanish is also desirable. + **Flexibility:** Flexibility during the day-day working schedule and availability to work during times of high-volume, including month-end, quarter-end and year-end. **Desirable qualifications, skills and experience:** + **Bachelor’s/Master’s degree** in a relevant field (Finance / Business / Technical) + **Global B2B Experience:** Desirable previous experience working cross-functionally in multinational companies and/or multi-cultural and matrix organizations on the IT/SW industry. + **Global Payroll & HR Experience:** Desirable experience in Global Payroll and HR environments, with knowledge of the competitive landscape and key competitors. **A little about ADP:** We are a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.
