Inviting applications for the role of Manager- E360 Support
In this role, you will be responsible to manage and support applications across AWS, ETL processes, Power BI (PBI), and ServiceNow platforms. This role involves overseeing daily operations, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring the smooth functioning of these critical applications. You must have hands-on experience with AWS services, ETL workflows, Power BI reports, and ServiceNow configurations, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills.
You must be curious and courageous to challenge the status quo with an eye for detail.
You should be comfortable working with cross functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• AWS Support: Manage AWS-based applications, optimize performance, Jobs Monitoring, troubleshoot issues, and ensure cost efficiency.
• ETL Management: Oversee ETL pipelines, resolve data integration issues, and ensure data accuracy and performance.
• Power BI Support: Troubleshoot and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely data for end-users.
• ServiceNow Support: Manage and Administer ServiceNow Customer application and platform, troubleshoot incidents, and support configuration/customization efforts,
• Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of support engineers, ensuring efficient incident management and process improvements.
• Documentation Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular performance and incident reports.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• Relevant years of experience in application support, with a focus on AWS, ETL, Power BI, and ServiceNow.
• Proficient in AWS services, ETL tools, Power BI reporting, and ServiceNow administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and incident management processes.
• Graduate, preferably – BE/BTech/B.Sc-IT/BCA
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to produce results
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Must be flexible with work timings.
