Job DescriptionPURPOSE
According to annual sales plan, sales & marketing strategy and product positioning, develop E-commerce and retail market promotion strategy and organize market activity for responsible product, improve scientific image to maximize product value and sales growth, assist in sales target achievement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing the pharmaceutical retail business and e-commerce platform of the company, ensuring an adequate supply of drugs, quality assurance, and reasonable prices.Analyze market sales trends of products, develop sales strategies and promotional activities to increase retail or e-commerce sales and profitability.Utilize diverse marketing methods, collaborate with the brand team, closely coordinate with the retail business and e-commerce team to drive the growth of multi-channel sales performance, continuously build brand effects and user reputation.Collaborate with other cross-department teams, supervise daily operations to ensure efficient operation, and improve customer satisfaction and business profitability.Qualifications & Skills:
Level of Education
Bachelor Degree or above, Medical Science, Pharmacy or Sales & Marketing background is preferred.Working Experience in Relevant Field
5 years of sales & marketing working experiences in pharmaceutical industryProfessional Knowledge and Skills
