Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Graduate degree, preferred. Strongly preferred. + **Experience:** + Minimum of seven years of Human Resources or related experience, required, + Five years progressive management experience, driving and implementing projects and strategic change initiatives, required, + Three years training in labor/employee relations with subject matter knowledge/strong background in workplace investigations that enables the individual to work successfully on a broad spectrum of employee relations issues and projects, required. + Three years experience with executive level consultation across multiple human capital domains to include policy design and adherence, organizational design and optimization, team member engagement, retention strategies, and performance management, required. + Three years Health care or related field experience, preferred. + Three years Merger and Acquisition experience, preferred. + **Licensure/Certification:** PHR, SPHR, or other Human Resources Certifications, preferred. + **Additional Skills (required):** + · BUSINESS ACUMEN – Understands the business strategy and how success is measured.· TEAMWORK – Prioritized team objectives over self.· COMMUNICATION – Exceptional oral and written communication skills, and ability to draft clear, concise communications and documents.
