**Role Purpose:** Shift operation and handling of OSD block, Preventive Maintenance, Building maintenance and compliance. Person should have very good experience specially on SCADA, PLC, VFD’S basic programming skill and troubleshooting. BMS operation and electrical substation Operation and maintenance of 66/11 KV substation e.g Transformer, SF6, VCB, ACB and 110 V battery bank. **Role Responsibilities: -** 1. Ensure timely completion of trainings, & organization of trainings. 2. Ensure safety compliance. 3. Ensure compliance of GMP/GEP. 4. Core responsibility of SCADA operation and Shifts handling in utility section including BMS system operation and troubleshooting. 5. Handling of Smart control HMI, Touch control HMI, PLC, SCADA. 6. Experience in automation engineering, as well as process control programming languages such as PLC (programmable logic controller) preferably Siemens, Allen Bradley. 7. Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 8. Ensure that equipment’s are in good working order to prevent disruption of activities. 9. Troubleshoot, analyze, repair, report on, and recommend/ perform service of SCADA, PLC, instrumentation, servo drive motor controls, and process analyzers. 10. Operation and maintenance of 66/11 KV substation e.g Transformer, SF6, VCB, ACB and 110 V battery bank. 11. Operation and maintenance of UPS system. 12. Projects related activities with documents compliance i.e DQ, IQ, OQ etc. 13. Experience in QMS documentation i.e change control initiation and related activities. 14. Lead the team by proper planning and timely closure of activities with documentation compliance. 15. Designing and developing new control systems, testing, maintaining, and modifying existing systems. 16. Assist in forecasting requirements, creating a budget and scheduling expenses for the electrical components. 17. Working in collaboration with the production team to formulate the best cost-effective manufacturing process. 18. Supervise electrical works when new installations are undertaken. 19. Provide safe working environment for members of staff and ensure electricity induced accidents and mishaps are prevented. 20. Energy conservation initiatives and its execution withing timeframe. 21.
