Job Title: Manager Engineering (Cooling Systems)
Salary: £55,516 + Dependent Upon Experience
Location: Peterborough (UK)

What You Will Do
Manages engineering for design and development of technologies, components, systems, products, or services, with full design accountability for L3 cooling system for Perkins 4000 & 5000 series engine platform.
Responsibilities include:
Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for engineering teams; motivating and developing project and team leaders.
Providing specialized engineering technical support and consulting services to various areas of the organization.
Managing high-impact, short and long duration engineering initiatives and projects; ensuring achievement of engineering plan and product quality.
Maintaining product release plans and material plans; driving programs to completion on time and within budget.
Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum.
