Manager - Enterprise Resource Planning and Management

Position Objective:

The Manager of Enterprise Resource Planning and Management (ERPM) oversees a team that is responsible for the management and delivery of all applications and modules within the area of ERPM. This includes work on (but not limited) to the 14+ modules of Oracle PeopleSoft that are currently live at Luminis Health. While the position’s primary focus is the ERP system, it is also expected to interface with various business partners and Luminis Health leaders that interact with various parts of the system and create a roadmap for its future development. This position will be a part of IS Management, reporting up to the Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Information Systems and will be expected to periodically provide updates to senior leadership.

Provides management and direction in definition of vision and strategies for the ERPM functions and systems for the enterprise, in conjunction with the Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle IS.Manages all aspects of delivery, solution development, acquisition, implementation, integration and support for the ERP service offerings for Luminis Health, currently focused on the Oracle PeopleSoft product suite.Applies knowledge of key systems in the technology industry that can further Luminis Health’s information system service offerings.Manages all future capital projects related (but not limited) to the ERPM function. Such an upcoming project currently includes: Contract Management.Develops staff, their skills and competencies to deliver better service and offerings, while allowing them to grow as professionals.Develops and maintains high performers within a succession plan for the Manager role to allow for leadership redundancy.Creates structures that allow for organized and transparent reporting of the team’s work queue, activity, and key metrics to the Sr. Director and other leadership.Serves as the leader and participant for various project assignments as directed by the Sr. DirectorResponds timely as required to requests from peer IS/IT leaders.Responds to referred inquiries and complaints from system users and all other customers; resolves significant issues and makes recommendations to the Sr. Director in collaboration with other IS leaders for resolution.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.4 years of experience with Financial Applications can be substituted in lieu of a 4-year degree.Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a role that directly worked on an ERP system within a healthcare setting required.Oracle PeopleSoft experience highly preferred.Experience in a team-lead role highly preferred.Experience with EHR integration with financial systems and their intersection with Materials Management highly preferred.Must possess excellent communication skills and presentation skills.Computer literacy require; working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, in addition to various remote productivity tools (video conferencing, remote access, cloud-based file sharing, etc.).

Working Conditions, Equipment, Physical Demands:

There is a reasonable expectation that employees in this position will not be exposed to blood-borne pathogens.  

Physical Demands – Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
