The Manager Enterprise Software Engineer:

 Directs a team of Web designers and developers to design, build, test, implement and maintain the system for the customers.Conceives and manages application development plans and executes a variety of important Web based and other projects to achieve BayCare's strategic Web initiatives. Leads in implementing the vision for BayCare's online presence via integration of all portals, interactive applications and tools, custom Web applications. This position is responsible for managing Enterprise Software Engineering group through SDLC and agile methodologies. Additional required skills include developing business requirements, business plans and project implementation of major information systems projects with multiple cross disciplinary teams. Proficiency on web and mobile technologies that includes ASP.NET, C, Visual Source Safe, Visual Studio.net programming and knowledgeable in Web design applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:

Requires 5 years - Applications and 5 years - Development or 10 years relevant experience with HS Grad/GED.Preferred - 3 years - Management.

Education:

Required - Bachelors - Information Technology; Or - Bachelors - Related Field; Preferred - Masters - Related Fieldor 10 years relevant experience with HS Grad/GED.
