We are looking for an inspiring and innovative leader to guide our Environmental Services team and drive transformative change. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Environmental Services leadership, particularly within an acute care pediatric setting. This individual should have a proven track record of operational excellence, a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of pediatric healthcare environments, and a passion for fostering a safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere for patients, families, and staff. Strong communication, strategic planning, and team-building skills are essential for success in this critical role.

Position Summary
The Manager of Environmental Services is responsible for environmental services (EVS) and linen distribution operations for one or more facilities that meet Joint Commission, DOH and MultiCare system standards. The Manager ensures a high level of cleanliness, appearance and customer service to patients, visitors and staff is continuously maintained; provides staff leadership; serves as a subject matter expert; monitors key performance, quality and financial indicators; monitors regulatory compliance; formulates, communicates and analyzes budget(s) and contributes to quality improvement of the standard EVS and Linen operating model within the facility.Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or four years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in Healthcare Environmental Services Leadership Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional preferred Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity Experience leading a unionized workforce preferredWhy Mary Bridge Children's?

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $81,245.00 - $116,938.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
