This is a frontline sales role (Field Sales) wherein you are integrated into the Building/Industry “End User” team of regional sales.
You shall be driving a defined sales nos & targets assigned to you by expanding & saturating the existing customer base with complementary/supplementary offers from SE basket.
You need to be self motivated, result-driven, Focused & collaborate with other pipes & team members with in or outside the region.
The sales professional needs to understand and target the underlying needs of the customers (Consultants, Architects, Builders, Developers etc) and generate preference & Pull for Schneider Make of products. This needs to be done with the help of Presentations, Trainings & Demos. Implementation of the various other customer action plan as defined by marketing leading to “new Customer Acquisition”
The role warrants the expert level knowledge of SE FD & WD range of products and intermediate level knowledge of Electrical Distribution & Power Quality range of Products.
