Manager - External Affairs
Position Summary

The Manager will report to the Vice President in External Affairs department. His/her duties include, but not limited to planning, organizing and managing all activities related to stakeholder management and engagement. The Manager is required to develop strategies for building strong relationships with our key stakeholders and to maintain strong business relations with stakeholders.

Primary Responsibility

- Develop strategies for maintaining a positive perception of our company’s prospects among stakeholders;

- Manage all key business stakeholder relationships internally and externally and to ensure smooth implementation of all sorts of relationship building programs;

- Enforce protocols in accordance with company policies and values;

- Supervise and manage assigned projects independently;

- Compile and maintain monthly reports as well as the related database systems;

- Manage stakeholder database and ensure the information are up-to-date and accurate for document preparation;

- Ensure all stakeholder engagement is recorded and properly stored in the stakeholder database.

Requirements

- Degree and/or Diploma in related fields such as public relations, marketing or communications is preferred;

- Minimum of 4 - 5 years of working experience in public relations, relevant experience in government or gaming industry is an added advantage;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);

- Proven experience in project management, preferably related to stakeholder engagement planning;

- Excellent organizational skills, enabling stakeholder information base to be efficiently assessed and distributed;

- Detail-oriented, creative, resourceful, meticulous, able to manage multi-tasking and work under pressure;

- Demonstrate strong team spirit, maturity, able to work proactively and independently; - Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
