Manager - F&B Training
Position Summary

The Manager, F&B Training will oversee the development and delivery of training programs for all F&B outlets in the designated cluster. This role is critical in ensuring consistent service excellence and operational efficiency by collaborating closely with the operations team to drive improvements in service standards.

Primary Responsibility

•    Plan, design, and conduct comprehensive training programs for all F&B staff, including new hire orientation, service skills, and ongoing development
•    Collaborate with F&B operational leaders to identify service gaps and develop targeted training solutions to improve performance
•    Lead training sessions that focus on service excellence, guest interaction, and adherence to brand standards
•    Conduct regular evaluations of training effectiveness and make adjustments to meet evolving operational needs
•    Stay updated on industry trends to implement innovative training methods that elevate guest experiences
•    Monitor the performance of staff post-training to ensure the application of learned skills in the workplace
•    Work with HR and departmental leadership to design career development pathways for F&B team members
•    Ensure that training programs align with the company's overall vision and service culture

Requirements

Qualifications:
•    Proven experience in F&B training or service operations, ideally within luxury or high-volume outlets
•    Strong background in developing and delivering training programs that enhance service standards
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage staff at all levels
•    Ability to analyze performance data and feedback to continuously improve training content
•    A strong understanding of hotel F&B operations and luxury service standards
•    Degree in Hospitality Management, Training & Development, or related field preferred
