Manager Feild Sales, Wholesale

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To execute profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth in business account(s) while respecting the image of the adidas Group brands

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Functional:

Represent the assigned account(s) internally as ambassador towards all functions and vice versa and manage all interfaces Drive the overall strategy for business account(s) portfolio based on global and Market strategies jointly with superiors / subordinates (Guide to) Negotiate and enforce adidas Group trade terms Monitor and measure progress on team and individual KPIs Report team and individual KPIs to Sr. Director / Director Propose pros and cons to resolve conflicts in a timely / precisely manner Make sure appropriate process / framework to review challenge is operated Support as core member from its own area Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance for daily business Monitor/Report risk in organization to Sr. manager SWB / Travel / Score / Timecard / Concur Ensure/Keep customer compliance with agreements

 

Personnel:

Set clear objectives, targets, guidelines for merchandising and individuals along with Sales organization objectives Provide performance review to all direct reports and team members Develop the functional and social skills of direct reports on and all team members Manage a team in broader functional area, leads a department consisting multiple hierarchical levels Contribute in ensuring organization applies adidas Group standards and best practices available in daily work

 

KPI:

Sales - Responsible Group / Team Market Share Margin DCC Cash out (NPS)

 

Key Relationships:   

Marketing, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, HR, IT, Creation External: Sr. Manager

 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

3-5 years of functional experiences Minimum 1 year of informal managerial experiences Ideally in Apparel / Fashion / Shoes / FMCG Exposure: Sports, Marketing, Account Marketing

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

University degree or equivalent experiences English: Business level Japanese: Fluent
